Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin condition.
From the history and description, it seems you are either having simple bacterial infection called folliculitis which sometimes can lead to a cyst called Bartholins cyst.
I would recommend you visit a dermatologist in person for clinical examination and definitve diagnosis.
Generally in such cases, I prefer to give 7 day course of oral antibiotics like Cefadroxil and clavulanic acid to treat the infection.
Also o would suggest oral analgesics ( diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase) for 5-7 days to reduce inflammation and swelling.
Apply topical mupirocin cream thrice a day.
Maintain hygiene and avoid pricking/ scratching of lesions.
Let me know if you require any further assistance from my side.
Thank you and take care
