Suggest Treatment For White Rash On Penis Head

may you kindly explain to me what white itchless rash on the penis head under the foreskin mean?

and what kind of medication can i take to eliminate this?
The transaction reference is HCM86693. May i kindly please have an urgent response from the doctors.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of Glans Penis (Ballanitis).

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your
problem.
1) Are you married ?
2) Does this occurs after sex?
3) Do you clean your glans everyday while taking bath.?
4) Are you able to retract your foreskin completely?

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and topical antibiotic ointment for local application..Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to clean your genitals every day with warm water.

1) I am not married yet
2) It has always been there for some time now - i think for over 2 years now
3) I thoroughly clean my glands every time i take a bath
4) I can retract it fully but because i am not circumcised, the lower part still has that part stuck to the head.

It may be due to accumulation of smegma (mucus secreted by glands in glans penis) which may be secondary to incomplete retraction of foreskin over glans penis .

Please consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination .
You may need to get circumcised
