Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back and thanks for posting your picture.
I can understand your concern for the white spot on the lower lip.
I have analyzed the picture and after diligent examination it appears to be a simple "post inflammatory hypopigmentation " or PIH.
To tell you simply regarding this condition - Our normal skin color is due to the activity of melanocytes in the skin. These melanocytes are the cells which regularly produces color/pigment known as melanin in the skin.
These are superficially present in the upper skin known as epidermis. This is a tendency in ourselves to get higher or lower activity of these melanocytes.
Whenever there is an injury to the skin then the melanocytes might produce less color and accordingly the process known as "Post inflammatory hypo-pigmentation" or PIH.
In the same manner in your case the skin got hypopigmentation.
In your kind of cases I suggest my patients to apply a moisturizing cream for two times daily. Even if the area persist then I suggest to apply Tacrolimus ointment over the affected area. I also suggest to keep an observation over the area.
You can meet a dermatologist and take further guidance. Don't worry the skin will regain its color.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back and thanks for your further follow up.
In your kind of cases if the moisturization is not helpful then I suggest to apply tacrolimus ointment in the concentration of 0.1%. Initially I suggest my patients to apply at night time and then both day and night time. One fourth of pea size is sufficient for your kind of affected area. You can take further guidance from a dermatologist personally.
My all best wishes for your healthy life.
