Hello, Welcome to HCM
Thanks for the query and photograph.
I can see 3 small white spots on your prepuse.
These look like small outgrowths.
I'd like to know few additional details in order to reach a closer diagnosis.
1. Since when you have these Spots.
2. Is there any pain or itch in the lesions?
3. Are you sexually active and does your partner have similar Spots ?
Please answer the above so I can help you better. I'm awaiting for your response.

Fordyce spots
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
These spots appear to be fordyce spots.
These are enlarged sebaceous glands.
There is nothing to worry as these spots are totally normal and will subside on their own.
Just wait for à month and see change.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
