I have reviewed the attached photograph though it's not very clear.
It seems to be some nonspecific eczematous spot.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days. This should resolve it. Consult your skin doctor about it.
