Brief Answer:
oral Candida infection to be treated as following

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

1. You are reporting to be using a course of amoxicillin which ended 2 days ago. Antibiotic use is often associated with alteration in gi microbiota and candida overgrowth. This explain the white coating in your tongue.

You need to keep a good oral hygiene and take :
- a course of miconazole gel orally for at least 7 days
- probiotics to stabilize gi flora

2. Having headache with fever might be related to a viral infection. Sometimes, virosis are complicated with ear inflammation / infection which are clinically presenting with headache.

Get your ears checked by ENT specialist.
Take otc pain killers and cold medicines to relieve pain and fever. Increase fluids intake.

Wish fast recovery!
