Suggest Treatment For Whole Body Pain And Hematosalpinx
Question: I was having ectopic pregnancy in Nov 2015. ended with the cut down of right fallopian tube. at the same time left was diagnosed with hemato selphinx with close mouth. it was opned and selphix was removed. after nine months the same tube has again developed with hematoselphinx. Pain in whole body and severly in waist and lower parts. advice

Hematosalpinx can only be treated surgically. Since it is painful and will not let you conceive, it is best to get it treated endoscopically. Opening the tube and draining the hemato salpinx is the only treatment as of now.

Why such thing got repeated after nine month of Same surgery.
Further draining hematoesalphinx will be sufficient or cutting down the left tube also will be better option

The repeat collection of blood can be due to an infection or endometriosis. In case it is recurrent then getting the tube removed is the last option. Do try draining procedure at least once more before deciding about resection.

I have a baby of four years. Is resection cause any problem to patient.
