Question : I went on a drinking spree for the last seven days.... Now am having withdrawal symptoms...eyes are watering frequently....sweating profusely....and urine is crimson in Colour....dry mouth....what is the best remedy for this hangover....have been drinking water heavily

Although water intake is essential but it is not enough to control withdrawal symptoms after binge drinking over a period of one week.

The better alternative is Chlordizepoxide provided your liver function tests are normal and there is no liver enlargement.

In case liver function is compromised lorazepam is better alternative.

Since both the medications are prescription only you need to see a doctor in your city.

In addition it is important to take multivitamins especially thiamin.
