Suggest Treatment For Withdrawal Symptoms Of Valium

Question: i am following up on my last question. I have been going through valium withdrawal for bout 5 weeks now after bring on 5mg per night for to years down to 2.5 and then 2mg and 5 weeks ago completely off. The problem has been regulating my blood pressure during panic attacks that i have been having. I was taking 80mg of diovan and .05 mg of clonidine I just recently increased the clonidine to .05 mg twice daily. My most annoying symptom has become insomnia and burning of my skin especially when I'm anxious and more so since I upped my medicine the burning is mainly my feet and forearms and face and lips no swelling for difficulty breathing, As a result of this I have resorted to taking ambient at night just to get to sleep which disturbs me because off the valium withdrawal. But right now I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THE LESSOR OF TWO EVILS BECAUSE OF ITS SHORTER HALF LIFE. My main concern is the burning and insomnia the anxiety and withdrawn from valium or could it be a side effect toof the clonidine. Can you help me with this.
Brief Answer:
Hello again. Not likely the clonidine
Detailed Answer:
Hello. This would be an unusual reaction to the clonidine. And while it could be from anxiety, it could be a neuropathy from diabetes, a low vitamin B12 level, or a low vitamin D level. You need to let your doctor know about this and I would check you for those potential problems.

I take b12 am not diabetic just recently had blood tests and my vitamin d was normal
Brief Answer:
No, it's not counterproductive
Detailed Answer:
The ambien is fine. You could still be vitamin B12 deficient even if you take it orally, so I would check that.

Brief Answer:
You don't need the second clonidine dose
Detailed Answer:
I would only have you take the clonidine if your pressure XXXXXXX above 140/90 so for now you don't need the second dose.
