Suggest Treatment For Withdrawal Symptoms Of Naltrexone

Gradually reduce the dose
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Naltrexone needs to be gradually reduced. If you are on 50 mg you can go ahead with 25mg and then 12.5 mg and then the same can be taken on alternated day and then gradually withdrawn. If at all there are anxiety symptoms while your are coming off from 12.5 mg then the same can be controlled with lorazepam or clonazepam. It may take some efforts but the efforts are worth taking.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Suboxone can help for opioids
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Suboxone can help you if the withdrawals are from opioid. If the withdrawal is of naltrexone then suboxone will not help. Please let me know that is it "withdrawals of Naltrexone" as you have mentioned or is it a withdrawal of opioids.
Kind regards
Dr. Srikanth Reddy MD

Suboxone will not help
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Suboxone will not help with withdrawal from naltrexone.
You may take some benzodiazepine to cover the accompanying anxiety like clonazepam or lorazepam etc.
Kind regards
