Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query.
There could be numerous reasons for the wrist pain. It would be helpful to be more specific as to when do you get the pain, what increases the pain and what relieves the pain.
You could try applying warm packs to the affected region. Avoid repetitive strenuous activity to the wrist and hand. Sometimes Carpal tunnel syndrome can cause wrist and hand pain with tingling and numbness sensation. Avoid using thick pillow while sleeping as this increases pain in cervical spondylosis causing arm pain. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Apply pain killer gel like Diclofenac gel over the back of the neck.
Heel pain could be due to plantar fascitis. Perform calf muscle and lactase fascia stretching exercises which you can find online. Do this every morning just after getting out of bed. Use Microcellular Rubber (MCR) slippers. Avoid sitting for long time.
You can take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg before meals for 5 days. Try Tablet Nervigen P twice a day for 2 months.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
