I have taking Ayurvedic Medicines. No Allopathy medicines.
Brief Answer:
relaxation therapy; drugs.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow-up.
Sorry for the delayed response.
A. For writer's cramp, I have some suggestions for you:
1. Reducing the amount of writing that is done is basic to an overuse syndrome. Use of a keyboard instead of a pen may help.
2. If you want to use pen or pencil, use pen or pencil with a larger grip.
3. Don’t concentrate harder on your handwriting: This can make your hand muscles tense up even more. Instead, try to really relax your hand as you write.
4. Some drugs can help like trihexyphenidyl, propranolol or botulinum toxin (Botox) injections under doctor's supervision.
B. For anxiety and sleeplessness, you can try the following:
1. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
2. Avoid excessive tea and coffee. Quit smoking and alcohol, if you take.
3. More formal relaxation techniques like progressive muscle relaxation and biofeedback may be helpful. These will help in writer's cramp as well. A psychotherapist can help you in this.
4. Drugs like zolpidem and ativan (prescription drugs) work very well for anxiety and sleeplessness.
C. For constipation,
1. Avoid fatty food. Increase fibres in your diet.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Go for regular morning brisk walk of 30 minutes.
4. Drugs like picosulphate can help.
Consult your doctor and discuss these issues.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
I wish you good health.
Thanks.
