Brief Answer:
Take antifungal treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I can understand your concerns.
If it is due to fungal ( yeast) infection you have to take antifungal treatment orally as well as vaginally.
You can take fluconazole 150 mg once weekly after consulting your treating doctor.
You should take Clingen vaginal suppositories for 6-7 days.
Wear loose fitting cotton undergarments.
Keep the area dry and clean.
Use V - wash for cleaning that area.
Consume healthy and nutritious diet with low carbohydrate in it.
Do some yoga and meditation to relieve your symptoms.
Drink a lot of water for free flowing urine.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.

Thank you so much. Can this cause a cramping sensation in the right abdomen or is that just the stress/muscle skeltal issue like my doctors say. With a normal pelvic ultra sound they say i should stop worrying. Do u agree?

Brief Answer:
It can be due to stress.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
You are most welcome.
As your ultrasound scan is normal and you are not having any associated symptoms it can be due to stress or due to muscle ache.
Yes, your doctor's opinion is right, you should not be worried about it.
Continue your antifungal treatment and you will be fine in a few days.
Good luck.

Last question and then i will give you and excellent rating bc youve been so helpful. My doctor said that the pelvic ultra sound- lower abdomen can view the cervix and does view it. In my report there was no mention of the cervix. Is this true that it does view the cervix even if the results dont mention it? He sald they can see if there are growths or polyps- just cant diagnosis pre cancer cells. Is this true. And he said stop the worrying

Brief Answer:
Yes,your doctor opinion is right.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,
Yes your doctor opinion is right.
We can see cervical and there pathology in ultrasound scan pelvic or lower abdomen but cancer cell or epithelium lining can only be detected and comments on pap's smear.
And in your case there is no pathology detected so there is no need of worry.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
