Suggest Treatment For Zit On Bridge Of Nose
Question: Hi there, I has a big zit on the bridge of my nose, kind of where it starts to curve toward the eye - didn't even think twice about it and popped the thing. The area around it swelled up a bit, should I be worried?

I can understand your concern for the zit over the face and related concern after popping it.
In most of the cases of your kind of problem one should never try to pinch or pop or squeeze the affected area. It is for the reason that there are high chances of getting secondary infection and further aggravation of the condition.
Even then if you do not feel any more redness or increase in swelling or any increase in pain then there is nothing to be worried about.
In case if you have any of above symptoms then I suggest you to keep a watch and if pain or redness or swelling increases then can meet a family physician.
For the interim of the help you can apply a cream containing Mupirocin and take an anti inflammatory tablet such as paracetamol or diclofenac after meals.

We have Bacitraycin, would that work like neosporin?
