Suggest Treatment Fro Breathing Difficulty While On Prostap Injections
Question: My dad has prostate cancer and is having prostap injections 3.75mg, he also has type 2 diabetes and takes metformin. Since starting the hormone treatment he has developed a difficulty in breathing but we have been in A&E with it and nothing was found wrong so they concluded anxiety and sent us home. Dad has been unable to sleep with breathing problems and has started hallucinating through sleep deprivation. We are all now keeping an eye on him at night and none of us are sleeping. My question is, is it safe to take Kalms tablets with his other meds or is there something else more suitable for him to get a good nights rest.
Brief Answer:
It does not interact
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
Although kalms tablet is herbal remedy and it have little interaction with prescribed medications I feel ambien 6.25 mg would be a better option for slerp problem.
Since there are definite symptoms of anxiety I feel if he does not respond adequately to ambien a definite treatment for anxiety should be started.
I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
