Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcoming and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorder.

A musculoskeletal pain or inflammation could be the reason of your symptoms.

A cervical spine bilging disc could also cause radicular pain in this region.

That is why I would recommend performing further tests:

- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- a cervical spine X ray study
- a shoulder XRay study.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues!

Feel free to ask me again whenever you need.

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Your blood pressure values are not concerning.

From the other hand isolated high blood pressure values and high glucose levels can be related to physical activities or anxiety.

The pain could also cause these spikes, by activatinv the sympathetic nervous system.

Anyway, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing some other tests to exclude diabetes:

- HbA1C levels
- Glucose tolerance test.

A close monitoring of your blood pressure values frequently during the day ( in sitting position after 10 minutes of total relax). You should refer those values to your doctor.

Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr.Iliri
