Suggest Treatment Severe Pain In The Lower Back And Buttocks

Question: 1 week ago I developed severe pain in my lower back and butt. When I moved my head quickly or bent over my head felt it would explode. No position either sitting or laying down alleviated the pain. I went to Urgent Care and she prescribed Dicofelonate. That helps a lot, but it hasn't addressed the underlying cause. In fact the pain has spread to my shoulders and neck. My knees sometimes nearly give out.. Any help?
Brief Answer:
Get examined and investigated by a neurologist as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Back pain with neck pain may be muscular or radiculopathy associated.
You need to get examined by a neurologist.
You should take muscle relaxant with pain killers like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
Pregabalin or gabapentin can be used too.
Xray of lumbosacral spine and cervical spine may be required.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
