please provide the following information
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
Taking into account your personal history of chronic prostatitis, it could probably cause pain on left side.
However, I want to also known if you are having problems with constipation/diarrhea? Are you feeling bloated especially after eating?
Any other symptom that was not mentioned so far?
Thank you.

A little bit of bloating and constipation
Brief Answer:
Should treat constipation first....
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
OK, then, what I have suspected. You might have been prescribed antibiotics for chronic prostatitis. This is associated with alteration in intestinal flora causing alteration in bowel movements and possible Candida overgrowth.
Constipation is associated with delayed bowel movement causing the fecal mass to stay longer inside the bowels. This will cause distention of bowels and following pain.
Reducing constipation can help ease the pain. Increase water intake, eat more fiber rich foods and take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora.
Take analgesic like mephenamic acid or spasmex to reduce the pain.
Let me know how it goes.
