Brief Answer:
Avoid betadine

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

Try avoiding betadine.Betadine sometimes causes cell damage and delays re-epithelization.So clean with sterile normal saline and sterile cotton/guaze and apply t bact ointment in an ultra thin layer.Avoid over pressure while cleaning,as this will damage nascent epithelium. If this also fails to heal the wound in 7-10 days, there are special collagen based biologic dressing pads available. We can try this.Your doctor will guide you in this.

Also,do not lie down on same posture for long.Keep on changing the side or posture every 2-3 hours.
Use a water bed.Maintaining a healthy diet is also important for proper wound healing.Include enough green leafy veges and fruits in the diet.Maintain proper hygiene of bed sheets and blankets.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing for a faster cure.
Regards,Dr Aslam.
