Brief Answer:
Fordyce spots, benign lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed fordyce spots over the lips.
Now these are basically benign skin lesions and tend to occur in certain predisposed people. They can develop over the oil glands.
You simply need to apply vaseline and keep the area moisturized. Avoid picking the lesions.
In most cases on treatment is required unless they are a major cosmetic problem. In such a case, they can be treated by a dermatologist using radiofrequency or lasers.
So you need not be very worried about these white lesions since they are not infective and are not related to cold sores or thrush.

What would be causing the burning and tingling? Chapped lips? They seem to be getting slightly bigger. Are the cold sore just not comimg out since ive been doing everything in the book in regards to cold sores. How do i get the red rash above my lip to go away?
Brief Answer:
Avoid over usage of medicines
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
You seem to be having an excessive dryness of lips and the surrounding area . This might just be the cause of the associated discomfort d.
Fordyce spots are usually asymptomatic in nature and are not associated with any discomfort .
I would advise you to simply use vaseline over the lips and stop application of all other agents.
You cannot simply stop or suppress completely an attack of cold sore in case it has to come up.
In case you tend to develop any kind of localised grouped raised or vesicular lesions suggestive of cold sores, then you might need to start treatment.
But in your case, I do not clinically see any reason to apply any medicines, other than a moisturizer .
The redness that you have developed could have occurred due to neosporin . This is quite an irritant antibiotic and should be avoided over sensitive areas especially around lips and eyes.
Once you stop it's application , we can expect the skin to slowly return back to normal.
