Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I am sorry for the situation you are in.
Before running into final conclusions, I need to have the reports of the tests you ran so far to understand your current health situation first, then, decide for further management.
Usually, in such situations, where the hernia cannot be operated or surgically repaired, then, symptomatic treatment is advised. If OTC pain-killers are not helping, you should discuss with your doctor to start morphine or other opioid pain-killers to help you reduce pain and improve symptoms.
Looking forward to have your test reports in!
