Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Management of migraine requires drugs to prevent the attack also known as prophylactic drugs. Betacarp is a Beta blocker which is helpful in prophylaxis of migraine. Naxdom is Amitriptyline which
Tricyclic antidepressant and is also helpful in prophylaxis. Even in my clinical practice I give combination of both for prophylactic prevention of pain. If pain does occur even on being on prophylaxis medicine Naxdom will be helpful.
I would suggest you to go ahead with the treatment and it can be safely given.
In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take care
