Question: Hi Doctor,

I have got mouth ulcers from last 3 days. Cannot eat anything because of pain. I have apllied smyle ointment. But no affect. Please suggest some remedy for immediate relief.

Advised Multi vitamin tablets.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I suggest you start Multi vitamin tablets after lunch once a day for 15 days along with vitamin C (Limcee) tablet once a day.
I also suggest you Zytee gel, apply 3-4 times a day 10 minutes before food.
Salt water gargles may help you.
Avoid spicy, hot food.
