Suggest Treatment To Fix The Fractured Glenoid Neck Of The Scapula

Question: Dear Doctor,
On the morning of 27/2/18, I was doing some electrical work by standing with bare feet on the kitchen platform. I was putting an extension to the Neutral wire but somehow I caught hold of the live wire strands and was electrocuted for 35 to 40 seconds appx not sure. Later I screamed loudly since I was stuck with the live wire and thrown down very badly. I am unable to lift my left hand.
Attached is the scan image of x-ray for your reference. Please advise.

Hi!
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and viewed the attached X-ray and report.
The X-ray shows old fracture of the glenoid neck of the scapula. Possibly the it's a new feature there as well.
It is advisable to get arm chest strapping done to facilitate healing of the trauma for 2 weeks.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need further assistance.
