Brief Answer:
Diet changes,
simethicone,digestive enzymes...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in. Obviously, there is a need to re-evaluate the status of your metastasis by your
oncologist for specific treatment.
With regards to
bloating, it might be relieved through:
- changes in your diet: eat often and slowly, avoid gas-forming foods (broccoli, beans, cauliflower, etc.); avoid carbonated drinks, etc. You can discuss with a dietitian in order to prepare a specific daily menu for you.
- taking simethicone and digestive enzymes
With regards to the pain, I would suggest to start taking
opioid analgesics. If the pain will get extremely severe and unbearable, I'd suggest to discuss with your oncologist about suppression of
celiac plexus (by using alcohol) to reduce the pain.
Hope it helped! Let me know if you have further queries!
God bless you!
