Question: Hello doctor,my 4 year old son had hfmd last november.. the scars have still not gone.. is there any cream for it?

Thank you for the images.

He has residual hyperpigmentation.

I suggest you to use a topical Glycolic acid and/or Kojic acid based cream e.g Demelan cream, twice daily or Glyaha HQ cream, twice daily.

These are prescription medications and I advice you to kindly talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.
