Thank you for your reply.
Here are my answers to the information you requested.
I am 6 feet, one inches in height. I'm 175 lbs.
My blood pressure was 124/86 mm.
I don't have my glucose level.
I had a grandfather and an uncle pass away from heart attacks...but those had other factors involved, as well (grandfather smoked and also had abnormally thick blood...which I do not have).
To my knowledge, I do not currently have any other disease. I do have an inherited mitrovalve prolapse, and I've had heart murmurs for much of my life.

Brief Answer:
Low cardiovascular risk
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
You don't have high cardiovascular risks, which means the possibility of having heart diseases is low despite your high cholesterol levels.
There is no need for any medication in your case.
The only thing I would recommend you, is to follow healthy lifestyle, which you have already started.
Exercise regularly, avoid fast food, soda, foods containing much animal fat, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables during the first half of the day, eat much sea fish.
Repeat cholesterol test in a 6 months.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health
In case of further questions don't hesitate to ask
