Is it like there had been an external injury with bleeding? How much is the bleeding and since when is it happening? What is the extent of your bleeding?

Do not manipulate with it.
You can take tab tranexemic acid 500 stat and thrice daily after discussion with your doctor.
It is better to visit the ER and get checked.

See, it can be due to trauma and injury. If you have not suffered that, there are chances of tumor, obstruction or infections. If you are bleeding while urination also, chances of infection are more. Chances of prostatic hyperplasia is there if there is frequency, urgency, dribbling while urinating. An USG will be required to confirm that.
Do the following-
Take tranexemic acid as directed
Start antibiotic levofloxacin
Do an X-ray KUB region and/or an USG KUB region
Consult an urologist with the reports.
