Brief Answer:
weight reduction advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common after abortion and more so in patients with PCOD.
Weight reduction is definitely needed in your case and it will improve PCOD and chances of conception too.
But first you need progesterone for withdrawal of periods, wait for 2 weeks and in case you still don't get your periods take withdrawal.
After that try naturally for conception at least for 3 months and try weight reduction simultaneously and don't be anxious to conceive.
Right now do brisk walking daily along with yoga if possible and avoid fast food and high calorie foods.
Take folic acid supplements daily and drink a lot of water.
All the best.
