Brief Answer:
Possibility of posterior circulation stroke

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I have gone through your attached reports and clinical details.
The MRI is suggestive of posterior circulation stroke.

As many vital brainstem functions are carried by posterior part of brain , chances of life threatening scenario is faced at this moment.

Ventilatory support is to be continued.

Treatment includes antiplatelet drugs with maintenance of other important electrolytes, blood pressure.

Prognosis is poor and depends upon his situation on ventilator and weaning from ventilator.
It's advisable to continue treatment at the current hospital as treatment will not change at other center at this point of time.

Wishing all good luck for recovery.
God bless him.
