Suggest Vegetarian Diet For A 11 Months Old Baby

You may give the following for proper nutrition of your child
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Offering your infant meals or snacks every few hours, and allowing him to eat until he is full is more important than counting calories. Your infant will usually let you know when he's full by pushing away a spoon or bottle, turning his head or simply closing his mouth.
Babies in this age require 4-5 servings of solid or semisolid foods along with milk 3-4 times (breast milk or formula milk). You can offer your baby a variety of foods with different textures. Involving him in feeling the textures while feeding will help him gain interest in the eating process.
Here are some healthy options you may like to try:
-toast or hard-baked crusts of bread
-peeled slices of fruits such as apple, pears, musk melon, water melon and XXXXXXX
-cooked vegetables such as carrot, cauliflower, spinach, bottle gourd, apple gourd, broccoli, and pumpkin
-grilled or baked sweet potatoes and yam
-idlis or upma with added vegetables
-mixed vegetable uthapams
-dosa with vegetables
-dal or besan cheelas
-porridge
-sabudana khichdi
-paranthas with a variety of fillings such as cauliflower, potatoes , fenugreek leaves, radish leaves, cottage cheese, minced soya and boiled/minced chicken or mutton
-chapattis made from flour mixed with cooked dal
-creamy milkshakes and soups
-macaroni or pasta in cheese or tomato sauce
-rice with dal
-curd with vegetable pulao
-chicken nuggets or baked chicken with soup
-chicken mince (keema) with chapati
Do not force feed. In case, he refuses to eat at a moment. Stop and offer after some time. Make it a pleasure to eat by singing rhymes, playing with toys and talking to him.
Hopefully this will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
