Question: hi doctor my last period was on the 17th of november 2015 and i am 7 weeks pregnant i dnt want a baby now as i hv a one year old baby can i go for abortion will it be safe and how long does it pain after abortion and for how many days do i hv bleeding. i cant tell anyone at home except my husband how can i keep it a secret
