Question: I am 28 yrs old. weight is 47kg . suggest me how to increase weight but still look the same physically

1. yeah i eat meat (fish, chicken,sometimes mutton)
2. wake up between 6.30 to 7.
Breakfast at hostel 7.45 . office hours 8.45 to 6 or 6.30 .
GReen tea everyday
milk twice or thrice per day at office
Lunch : taking at office (once in a while fruits n juice as lunch) wekdays at hostel
dinner : hostel (rice n chapti , one curry,buttermilk)
most of the time having banana before bed

Thanks for getting back, I am sorry for the short delay in my reply. I was on call at my hospital.
Here are my suggestions to you
1. According to my calculations, you are at your ideal body weight however if you do want to gain weight then I recommend that you do not exceed 55 kgs. Your Body mass index now stands at 19, which normal for your height and weight
2. I notice that you do not exercise at all, exercising not only adds mass to your muscle but also increases your appetite. It is a wrong notion that only over weight people should exercise. I suggest you to lift weights to gain mass. Weight lifting for your biceps, triceps, abs and thighs are ideal for you
3. I also notice that you do not consume much of fat and proteins. I would like you to take protein supplements in the form of B protein powder 2 tsp twice daily along with milk.
4. Walking will not help you gain mass. It will actually make you leaner than you already are.
5. I also suggest you to take appetiser like betonin syrup twice daily, before food.
Gaining mass and looking the same is only by consuming more of proteins in the form of dal, chicken, soy and weight training.
