Suggest Ways To Achieve Vaginal Delivery
Question: Hello,
I wanted to ask some questions on pregnancy, as my wife is expecting and is in her 24th week of pregnancy.
My wife is doing well, is in good health and has no issues whatsoever. She is feeling kicks on a regular basis which is good too ! Out of curiosity, I wanted to know if -
1. We can take any precautions to have a normal delivery and avoid a C section, or is this something which probably is not in our control anyways.
2. If you think we can atleast minimize the chances of a C section, could you please advise how to ?
Thanks in advance for your support !

Brief Answer:
Mode of delivery depends upon many factors
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Mode of delivery depends upon many factors like maternal birth canal assessment, any medical condition like hypertension or diabetes in pregnancy, fetal weight, fetal position and presentation, progress of labour and fetal condition during delivery.
So, one can do nothing beforehand to prevent caesarean section.
However, prenatal exercises can be done to promote normal delivery.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
