You are already too late to consider medicines for prevention of conception. Now the best thing that you can do is to get a serum beta hcg test which is a blood based test and can conclusively detect after 7 days post intercourse , depending on the hcg levels if she is pregnant or not.
Once the result is obtained then you may decide as to what is to be done.
