Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HealthcareMagic VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern.
I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.
2 ) As you are breastfeeding your child, you can experience irregular cycles. Also, ovulation can occur even if you are breastfeeding the baby.
3 ) I would like to know about your menstrual history. Are you getting your cycles regularly after your last delivery ?
And secondly, when did you have your last menstrual cycle ?
And did you have any unprotected sex act in this cycle and on which days of the cycle ?
Please let me know about these details , so that I can help you find the best possible solutions.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

My last menstrual cycle was 8 XXXXXXX 2017
We did have unprotected sex on 14th XXXXXXX
Also we had a protected (condom) on 25-Jan
But condom seem to have ruptured. Having 2 kids and with 2nd kid just 8 months, I am worried about having another kid. Please advice.

Emergency contraceptive pills. Pregnancy termination with medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
As per your history of 32 days cycle, your second sex act of 25th January might be in the fertile period of the cycle.
As you have suspicion of condom leak, I will suggest you to take emergency contraceptive pills.
If taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex act, it is shown to prevent pregnancy in most of the cases.
Please seek prescription support of your treating doctor, for the same.
If this option is not feasible or possible, please wait for the expected date of periods. If you happen to cross your dates, please get morning's first sample tested for pregnancy. Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of pregnancy with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy, under medical supervision.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
