Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is important to know that at how many weeks did you have a miscarriage last 2 times? whether the foetal heart rate had arrived or if it was an anembryonic gestation?
If it was an anembryonic gestation then after 3 years, you need to be on folic acid supplements daily with 5mg folic acid tab, ideally to be started 3 months prior to pregnancy planning. Secondly to conceive you must keep your fertile period in picture to plan intercourse to increase chances of pregnancy. Also once pregnancy confirmed then you should be started on ecospirin and progesterone support once the foetal heart rate is confirmed.
