Brief Answer:
control weight and diet and do exercise.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I may be able to help you.

The blood pressure that you have mentioned are suggesting that the levels are under control. Your thyroid, as per the information are stable.

The query says the cholesterol is high, however, the exact levels are not mentioned. So I can't advice you on that. So you might add the exact levels in the follow up query.

The sugars mentioned are fine and nothing to worry about.

To avoid development of diabetes, watch the weight. Regular exercise and well balanced diet will help prevent diabetes.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
I hope that the information helps you.
Please feel free to contact me for further information.
Best of luck.

Hi again
I saw your reports
The reports are just fine
Not to worry about it.

As for cholesterol, I think if you do a walk and a good diet, the levels can be fine.

As for thyroxine tablets,
The best time to take them is to take them in morning.
Best before breakfast.

I hope that information helps you.

Brief Answer:
Fasting <120, Post prandial <140.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I am glad to be able to help you again.

The fasting blood sugar should be less than 120.
The PP blood sugar levels should be less than 140.
In fact, I think it would be good to avoid eating less .I think it would cause hypoglycaemia. So watch your diet.

As for lipid profile, they should be as low as possible. Except HDL of course. That should be on the high side of normal.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
I hope that the information helps you.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
