now as the sugar levels are not under control, the next modality of treatment would be addition of another drug like voglibose0.2 thrice daily just before eating along with your present medication and see for 2 weeks. if this doesnt work, then you need to increase dose to voglibose 0.3

as on date I am taking zomelis

I was taking Janumet 4 month back.
and since January I am taking triglycerides 2 twice in a day before breakfast and dinner and one tablet of zomelis met 50/500 after lunch.
one more point I want to bring in your notice that my weight is not loosing.
it is 78 Kg constant.

Regarding weight, exercises like cycling, running, swimming would help you along with proper diet. Proper diet includes high fibre low carbohydrate and low fat diet.
