Suggest Ways To Deal With Tramadol Withdrawal Symptoms, Whiplash Pain And Restless Legs
Brief Answer:
Tramadol withdrawal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It seems that you are suffering from tramadol withdrawal symptoms.. It is not expected to be serious however it is rather annoying.. I would recommend that you stay away from alcohol, caffeinated drinks and cigarettes to decrease the symptoms of restless leg syndrome and if it continues then you will need to visit your doctor to get a prescription for a medication such as gabapentin.
As for the pain you can try an over the counter analgesic such as naproxen which has a similar action to codeine but without risk of dependence.. i hope you find this helpful.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Iron and vitamin d levels
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You can take naproxen once daily before going to bed to avoid feeling sleepy. During the day you can try diclofenac or ibuprofen for the pain as they don't have the side effect of sleepiness.
As for the restless leg syndrome, I would recommend that you check on your iron and vitamin D blood levels as their deficiency might lead to worsening symptoms of restless leg syndrome. Also, some lifestyle modifications might help improve your symptoms such as walking quarter an hour daily, increasing your massage and stretching schedule and avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and smoking.
if your symptoms did not improve then you should refer to your doctor for a prescription for gabapentin which is prescribed to relieve the symptoms of restless leg syndrome.
I hope you find this helpful.
