Wasn't really hyperactive...but active enough.
If let be..maybe the whole day online...
Interaction with his peers is good...so also with younger or older kids..
We talk to him at least 2 in a week...I email him regularly but he is not very forthcoming with news...
INo
Been in hostel for 3 years...this is his 4th year
He didn't have a problem joining hostel..
No medications at all

Brief Answer:
He needs evaluation and counseling
Detailed Answer:
Hi..... I understand your concern. By what you say I feel that your child has been addicted to online gaming and this in turn is making him an introvert gradually. I suggest that this is the right time for him to get evaluated by a child psychologist and he may even require counselling to make him come out of the habit of online gaming.
Please do not think that I am over reacting, but I am telling this because we are as pediatricians, seeing lots and lots of such cases who are addicted to various applications in the XXXXXXX phones and tablets.
