Brief Answer:
Counselor and behavioral therapist
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Sorry to hear about your current situation.
Ultimately, you are going to need a family counselor and behavioral therapist to help you guys through the tough situation. It may take many, many months - possibly years. It is very unfortunate.
I would recommend calling your insurance company who can give you a list of therapy and counselor names in your local area. The alternative would be to contact your family physician to help get you started. There may be people at the prison that can also help guide you to the right individuals.
Unfortunately it is going to be a very long and emotionally draining process.
Let me know if you have additional questions.
