She has been out for a little over a year and has completed so much in her life works as a dental assistant and is trying her best to reconnect with her kids. Her daughters are 7 + 10 years old. They are doing well in school but at home it's been a heartache for my daughter. My granddaughters say bad things to her hits her and even throws things at her. Brief Answer:
Counselor and behavioral therapist

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your current situation.

Ultimately, you are going to need a family counselor and behavioral therapist to help you guys through the tough situation. It may take many, many months - possibly years. It is very unfortunate.

I would recommend calling your insurance company who can give you a list of therapy and counselor names in your local area. The alternative would be to contact your family physician to help get you started. There may be people at the prison that can also help guide you to the right individuals.

Unfortunately it is going to be a very long and emotionally draining process.

Let me know if you have additional questions.
