Brief Answer:
Conditions like ADHD and learning disabilities need to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

You have not mentioned the age of your child. Many children face the problems that your child is facing. The cause could vary from an otherwise normal child to conditions like ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) or learning disabilities (LDs). The cause needs to be assessed by a developmental pediatrician. Please visit a hospital/centre with such facilities. If that does not seem to be available, you can talk to your pediatrician who would be in a better position to guide you.

Early intervention can be greatly beneficial in such cases.

Hope that helps.
