Suggest Ways To Deal With Someone With Delusional Behavior Through Radical Acceptance

I just wanted to tell you that I just got out of the hospital yet again but had the most wonderful experience there. I know you are busy but I have experienced the most RADICAL change in my mental health. I had the support of these wonderful mental health professionals in Flagstaff and have been able to let go or begin to RADICALLY ACCEPT what is happening to XXXXXXX and begun to experience a s sense of peace and acceptance that Dr Marsha Lanahan calls RADICAL ACCEPTANCE that is accepting that this is just the way things are for him and me right NOW...and that all I have is NOW anyway....it has been a really hard journey but a necessary one as we are definitely planning to leave for Israel this year. My kidneys are not functioning well so I have to go to my most wonderful XXXXXXX doctor about that tomorrow, Dr Ajith Purush whose daughter now lives in Israel. I feel like I have as we say here in the U.S. TURNED A CORNER in my thinking and relationship with XXXXXXX I also met some wonderful people from AA or Alcoholics Anonymous so am taking care of myself...whatever happens is what is supposed to happen thank you.
Now try to regain your health

Hello again
I am really happy that you have started to accept the change. This was what I was saying in our last two discussions. Neither me or you or anyone can change the situation and we are left with few options only. Accepting what happened to XXXXXXX and what caused you to suffer is only way to move out of that all mess. Your health has deteriorated a lot in past few months and kidneys are not functioning well so try to regain the health. You have mentioned about Dr. Ajith Purush in once in our old discussions also. Please don't think to self harm again.
Try to find ways to deal with present time. Meet good people and built new hopes in life. AA or Alcoholics Anonymous groups are also good as there you will find people for social interaction and they share experience with others about their journey to quit alcohol. This will grow new motivation in you. Please maintain that motivation and you will regain happiness in life. Try to work to move to Israel.
Thanks. :)

Please try to move yourself out of all these problems.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
Things have got worse in last couple of the months and this has resulted in deterioration of over all events. The issues in court, injunction and all have resulted in mess only. This cant be predicted that if XXXXXXX would come back in your life or not. No one can contact him or mail him. He is not taking any medicines so this is really very difficult for him to improve but in this world anything can possible. Still I would advise you to remain strong and follow the advise of your doctors who advised for RADICAL ACCEPTANCE.
Yes he is delusional and his behaviour is really unpredicted. Just pray for his recovery and maintain your good health. Try to visit Israel, this will help you in moving out of all these problems.
Thanks
