Question: Hello Doctor,
I am looking forward to my second pregnancy. My age is 33 now, hence I am concerned. I would like to know what should I be taking care of for a healthy pregnancy. Please precribe me a folic acid tablet as well. My thryroid is normal now, still I am consulting the doctor with the T3 & T4 test as well. I have heard abt the Isure ovulation kits. Are those helpful. Please advise.

Take Fol123 or biopreg F as folic acid.

For achieving a healthy pregnancy keep taking folic acid and healthy high protein diet and get all the tests advised.
