Brief Answer:
Oral medications are suggested in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I see that you are already taking the right medications for the ear infection.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-For the pain you should have oral painkillers, start with ibuprofen 400 mg 3 times a day and if you dont feel better consult your doctor for prescribed painkillers with stronger effect
-I also suggest oral prescribed antibiotics
-Try warm commpreses to lessen the pain
-Use a saline nasal spray to relief the sinuses
-Drink liquids to help you with the cough

I dont think that your symptoms are related to an allergic reaction to the medications that you are taking so do not worry.
I suggest you to be patient and to wait for the medications to have effect.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question Ill be glad to help.
Regards,
