1. Outside my home , 2. few years ago sometimes is under control 3. my ocd made me do it 4. yes i like to drink in moderation, 5. dont think so 6. It affects negatively to my life

2. change the brew you take, and switch to a version that has lower level of caffeine.
3. Avoid other caffeinated beverages during the process like colas and chocolates, or you land up with same caffeine count.
4. Switch to alternate drinks like herbal tea and water- make sure you dont take tea too much.
5. Caffeine actually is usually used as a PICK ME UP. Try exercises like running- Another form of great PICK ME UP.
