Question: hello doctor.. my guy is of 5.00 inches nd its vry difficult for him.. v have tried evry exercise bt thrs no result. now v wnt to try through medicines.. how cn he increase him height through medicines..please help doctor..

I apologize for my delayed response owing to my hectic woek schedule.
Increase in height after 21 years is extremely impossible as there will be fusion of epiphysis(ends of long bones).
There can be 1-2inch growth of height with Spine streching exercises.
So I advise him to go for those exercises under expert guidance.
Growth hormone supplement drugs are under trial and known to cause significant complications.
Drink 3-4 liters of water per day.
Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Multivitatamins and protein supplements in the diet may help to some extent.
