Question: Now, I am in 19 years, and I want to increase my hight from 4.5' to 5.2' feet.Pl.tel me what can I do and what type of protein is best for me?

Hi... there are no Medications that are approved and safe proteins specifically for height increase our height growth at this age.

I suggest you not to believe in advertisements or any other medications which are claiming to increase height at this age they might have some Side Effects which can be serious.
