Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
The most obvious reason for your problem seems to be originating from excessive staring on the screen and stress of work. I commonly see computer professionals who develop inattention and problems in their work when they work for prolonged hours.
To counter this problem you can do following things
1. While working take frequent regular breaks: Taking regular breaks will not waste the time, but it will definitely increase the productivity, concentration and reasoning. Take break for 5 minutes every 30 minutes.
Close your eyes and rotate the eye balls for couple of minutes
2. Regular physical exercise
3. Talk slowly when interacting with others
4. Meditation and yoga
I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.

I am doing regular exercise(training karate) in the morning. During evening time I feel losing my confidence level and when my boss asks some questions regarding the work, I can't able to answer or struggle to produce the answer, eventhough I knew the answer. Mostly during evening time our colleagues have a usual chat and as you said I will raise my voice without knowing myself and talk something unwanted.
Please do what I suggested
